Good morning, Uncle Henry,

My wife and I spent the last couple of days in New York helping out her family as her Dad just went through some planned kidney surgery.  He is doing well, and seems to be on the way to a full recovery.

We left on Monday, with us leaving straight from my wife's office.  Before I stripped myself of all weaponry and finished loading the vehicle for the trip into the People's Republic of New Jersey and the Socialist State of New York I decided I would do a little something for my wife since we wouldn't be back until Valentine's Day itself.

As the pictures show, I took some frozen bacon we had, melted an entire Symphony chocolate bar, and covered the bacon in that.  She will now be treated to a tray of chocolate-covered bacon when she gets home.  Mmm mmm good.

Take care, Uncle Henry!  I hope someone gives you chocolate-covered bacon today!
