My favorite bacon is made by the same people that make Conecuh sausage. Try it and you’ll love it. Also, line a cookie sheet with tinfoil, lay bacon out flat, bake at about 350 till it’s done to your liking. Comes out nice and flat and perfect for sandwiches and burgers.
Thank you,

Uncle Henry,
When we used to live in AL we got our bacon at Stuckey’s at 5420 McCrary Road in Semmes. (251) 649-0705
I just checked and it appears the business is still there.
Best bacon I’ve had anywhere. But beware the very occasional “boar hog” bacon.

Good morning, Uncle Henry,
Thought this little tidbit would be interesting for you and the audience. I was doing a little reading on World War II history and began studying Emperor Hirohito of Japan. Apparently both Emperor Hirohito and his son - the current Emperor, Akihito - love bacon and eggs, the traditional breakfast of the English, monarch and commoner alike. This was kept secret from the Japanese people for awhile as that is not the traditional Japanese breakfast.
But, it should be, don't you think?
Take care!

Try This-Cut conecuh sausage into 2" pieces. Pan fry then, wrap each piece in bacon and slide on skewer. Put under broiler until done! Enjoy Uncle!
