Saturday I had a great time at the 3rd annual Oyster Cook-Off and Festival in Gulfport !
While I was there, I had a chance to meet with Ryan Bradley, the Director of Mississippi Commercial Fisheries United. Ryan and his group are trying to start oyster recycling programs in Mississippi to help revitalize Mississippi's oyster beds.
