UPDATE: The body of Brian Rooker has been recovered from the Tensaw River. Our thoughts and prayers are with his friends and family.
There is a huge search operation on the Tensaw River for 30 year old Brian Rook. It's reported that they were coming to dock back at Cliff's Landing hit a wake and that wake threw him into the water around midnight. He's not been seen since.
The Coast Guard, Alabama Police Marine, North Baldwin Search and Rescue, Daphne Search and Rescue, and Crossroads Volunteer Fire Department are all working together to find Mr. Rook. The mission is still considered a search and rescue mission. There is a chance he was able to swim to safety and find help. Stay tuned for more information.
